Versus Mode

Go head-to-head against another player in real-time! Both players see the same board and race to score the most points.

How It Works

• Matchmaking pairs you with another player
• Both players play on identical boards
• You can see your opponent's score in real-time
• Highest score at the end wins!

Tiebreakers

If both players finish with the exact same total score, it's broken down like this:

1. Highest single word — whoever scored the most points on their single best word wins
2. If that's also tied, the match is a genuine draw — no winner, no loser, and your TrueSkill rating doesn't change for either player

TrueSkill Rating

Versus mode uses a rating system to track your skill level. Win to gain rating points, lose to drop. See the Rankings section for more details.

Rewards

• Both players earn coins based on their score (10%)
• The winner receives a bonus of 50 coins
